The Great Canadian Landscape Company has been entrusted with the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of this minimalist, modern residence in West Vancouver for over five years. Throughout this period, our work has focused not only on preservation, but on continual improvement, ensuring the landscape evolves while remaining true to the home’s architectural intent.

A key upgrade included an extensive landscape lighting enhancement, featuring nearly 100 fixtures from Kichler Lighting. The lighting design incorporated a balanced mix of pathway lights, spotlights, and in-ground fixtures, each strategically placed to serve a clear purpose highlighting architectural lines and planting forms, extending the usability of outdoor spaces into the evening, and providing added security for the homeowners.

Beyond lighting, our scope has included regular landscape maintenance, along with seasonal planter rotations, mulch installation, and targeted garden renovations. These ongoing interventions ensure the landscape remains clean, restrained, and immaculately maintained – reinforcing the minimalist aesthetic while delivering year-round performance and visual impact.
