Keep Your Residential or Commercial Property Safe this Winter

We provide 24/7 services from December until the end of February.

What is Snow & Ice Management?

Snow and Ice Management includes all services related to the safety of your property during the winter season and is offered 24/7 from December to end of February each year.

As a homeowner, strata member or business owner, it is your responsibility to ensure that your guests, clients or community at large are safe when commuting around your place of business or home.

We utilize GPS and Clock in technology to ensure that our data is accurate if there is ever a need of defending a case of Slip N Fall that may occur at your home or business.

Some of our current clients are shown below. If you would like any references please let us know and we will gladly send them your way.

OUR SNOW & ICE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INCLUDE

BLACK ICE PROTOCOL

This service commences when there is an imminent chance of black ice. Black ice typically forms when precipitation has fallen or expected to fall, followed by temperatures forecasted of 1° or below. Black Ice will form even when the ambient temperature outside is several degrees above the freezing point, when the air warms suddenly after a prolonged cold spell, this leaves the surface of the sidewalks and roadways well below the freezing point temperature which will result in Black Ice on your sidewalks and roadways.

DE-ICING SERVICES
